The Great Minecraft Race is a charity event built around a simple idea: race against the clock to raise money and awareness. As the event grew, the organisers needed a clear identity and a modern digital presence that could scale with future editions. The previous site lacked hierarchy and consistency, making it hard for players to understand how the event worked or what they needed to do.
The challenge was to create a visual and structural system that stays organised, dependable and accessible, while still supporting the playful character of the event.

We developed a brand direction that balances energy with structure. The palette and typography introduce personality, while the underlying system keeps information clear and easy to navigate. The logo, icons and visual markers were designed to be reused across platforms, including small animations that add life without distracting from instructions or rules.
For the website, we created a modular layout that guides visitors from understanding the event to joining it. Each section is separated by consistent cues inspired by the in-game world. Features like animated icons, a themed 404 page and a Hall of Fame add character while remaining controlled and coherent. The system is flexible enough to support new editions of the race without redesigning the foundation.

The final brand and website give The Great Minecraft Race a structured identity and a long-term digital home. Information is easy to access, the layout adapts cleanly across devices and the design supports both the seriousness of the charity work and the playful nature of the event. The system can grow over time without technical complexity, giving the organisers a dependable framework and giving the event a memorable, recognisable digital presence year after year.
