The Clubhouse
2026

The Clubhouse required us to build an entire coaching business from the ground up. Brand, marketing site and client platform, all designed around a single coaching philosophy and built to work as one cohesive system.
We started with the identity. A full brand built from scratch: sharp typography, a high-contrast chalk and pitch palette, and a brutalist design direction chosen to mirror the coaching philosophy itself: structured, direct and nothing wasted. The gridlines running throughout the site trace back to GRID, the proprietary coaching framework at the heart of the methodology. Royal Blue lands as full blocks rather than accents, because a coaching brand built on accountability makes statements, it doesn't suggest them. The marketing site runs in light mode, a deliberate choice in a space where everything defaults to dark, because The Clubhouse needed to feel different from the moment you landed on it. Less like a coaching signup page, more like an experience: scroll animations, interactive details throughout, and a structure that pulls you through it while staying intuitive.
Then we built the dashboard. A full-stack web application that replaced scattered documents and buried notes with a single home for every coaching engagement. Players find everything in one place: session notes, replay breakdowns, MMR tracking, upcoming schedules and booking, all live and always accessible. Coaches manage students, sessions and availability from the same system. No chasing documents, no lost context between sessions.
The result is a coaching business built like it was always meant to exist.
