Refund Policy

Digital Products (Templates)
All digital product sales, including Framer templates, are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to review the demo site and product description carefully to ensure the template meets your needs. A live demo is available for every template we sell.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
You did not receive access to the product after purchase, you contacted us at hello@housework.media within 7 days of your purchase date to request redelivery, and we were unable to provide it
The product contained a critical technical defect that we were unable to resolve within 5 business days of being notified
To request an exception, contact us at hello@housework.media within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.
Please note that the following are not grounds for a refund:
You changed your mind after purchasing
You did not read the product description or review the demo before purchasing
You experienced difficulty customising the template
You deleted or lost your access email after purchase
Custom Projects and Client Work
Refund terms for custom design and development projects are agreed upon individually in the project contract. If no contract is in place, deposits are non-refundable and final payments are due upon project completion.
